UK Shadow Seekers ~ Investigators of the Paranormal

Christened by local media Tameside’s Resident Paranormal Group, we are a dedicated team of experienced paranormal investigators based in the North West region of England and between us we have all individually been involved in the Paranormal for at least 25 years .

UK Shadow Seekers was established in October 2007, when our old group’s founder decided to take his business in another direction. So, we continued, allowing us to offer you the chance to join us on our Overnight Investigations, in the hope of experiencing paranormal activity.

Since then many other Shadow Seekers groups have started in the UK but we are NOT connected with them, although we are friendly. Hence our motto 'Keeping the Paranormal Friendly', which is also the name of our community network at www.keepingtheparanormalfriendly.com.

On Investigations, we set-up night vision cameras leading to our base, in the hope to record any Paranormal Activity. Our aim is to get you involved in our overnight vigils, guiding you through the night, allowing you to conduct Paranormal Experiments and help make the night your own. Hoping to obtain the proof that Ghosts or Spirits, do exist.

Always playing by the rules, as we try to justify the paranormal claims of activity and look at all other possibilities. Giving out just the general history about our locations beforehand as not to influence people, as if we did, we would have to dismiss the things that people may pick up.

So if you want the REAL THING that’s what we give you, if not, then our group isn’t for you. We even state in our Terms and Conditions that we never guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night of the event. As we’ve always said 'you cannot turn it on like a light switch'

We would also like to stress that all our investigations are carried out with full respect to the Owners, the property and most importantly the Spirits, as they were people too.

We are always constantly seeking new locations to investigate, as well as returning to our popular old haunts, including some that have been featured on TV programs.

Being proud supporters of the Ordsall Hall Raise The Roof Fund, the Friends of Bradford Art Galleries and Museums and The Morecambe Winter Gardens Preservation Trust, we welcome anyone who would like to organize a Charitable or Corporate event at a Haunted Location.
